Question: I am using "SMS" for two factor authentication. I will travel abroad and cannot receive SMS through my Hong Kong mobile phone number.
What should I do so that I can use two factor authentication overseas?

Answer:
Please use the following steps to change your “Authentication Method” from "SMS" to "Mobile Token" before you are going abroad.
1) Login Two Factor Authentication Service Portal with your CNA account.
2) Input one-time password by SMS or Mobile Token.
3) Click "Change Authentication Method" in the navigation menu.
4) Select "Mobile Token" as Authentication Method.
5) Click "Save".

REMARKS:
Change Authentication Method from SMS to Mobile Token: Please activate your Mobile App first.
